Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can visit the website and place a cancellation request. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to your original payment method within 4-5 business days after the cancellation request is processed.

Replacement / Refund Policy

We do not accept product returns unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or a wrong product has been delivered. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email or calling our customer care representative.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Any product that is damaged as a result of shipping, has a manufacturing defect, or is wrongly delivered can be replaced. And will be delivered within 6-7 business days.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The item may be damaged during transit.
  • There might be a manufacturing defect.
  • A wrong item was delivered to you.

Products will only be replaced under the above conditions and are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued. Customers must raise the replacement or return request within 24 hours of receiving the package. Except for the cases listed above, no returns or replacements will be accepted once the order is processed.

Returns / Replacements Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packaging, or any freebies.
  • The barcode is tampered with.
  • The product is a free gift provided by the brand.
